Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good customer handling abilities, and experience in post-sales support or customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and CRM software, have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and be able to coordinate effectively with internal teams. The role involves managing end-to-end post-sales CRM activities, handling customer documentation, agreements, and handover processes, ensuring timely collections, maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving customer queries, and keeping accurate CRM records and MIS reports.
