Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM

Job OverviewWe are hiring E-commerce Customer Support Executives for a voice-based customer support process. The role involves assisting customers over calls, understanding their concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• EligibilityGraduation is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of BPO Voice Process experience is required
• Candidates should have strong verbal communication skills
• English and Hindi communication are mandatory
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through inbound/outbound voice calls
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Assist customers with e-commerce-related queries and requests
• Provide accurate information while following process guidelines
• Maintain proper call records and update information in the system
• Ensure a positive customer experience and meet quality standards
• Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets

• VERSANT – Voice (VETI 4)
• SHL Assessment Bundle – 54
• Typing Test: 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
• Voice Assessment: English & Hindi
• SalaryFreshers: ₹23,000 CTC/month
• Experienced (1+ Year): ₹26,500 CTC/month
