Handle outbound customer calls professionally, Provide accurate information and effective

resolutions, Maintain proper call documentation and CRM updates, Adhere to quality,

compliance, and process guidelines, Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience

Meet daily productivity and quality KPIs

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Graduate Freshers are eligible

OR Non-Graduates with minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Fluent verbal communication in Hindi & English

Mandatory proficiency in any ONE regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Willingness to work from office (HSR Layout location)
