🚨 We’re Hiring | Customer Executive – Voice Process (Immediate Joiners are preferred)

📌 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

📍 Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

🌙 Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Communicate with medical providers, hospitals, clinics, and billing departments via phone & email

🔹 Request and follow up on medical bills, account balances, payment details, and supporting documents

🔹 Assist with account balance negotiations and the reductions process

🔹 Maintain accurate case notes and documentation

🔹 Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and follow-ups

🔹 Ensure information is updated accurately and within timelines

🔹 Meet productivity and quality expectations

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✅ 6 months–2 years of experience in Medical Billing, Medical Collections, Healthcare Administration, Insurance Claims, or Healthcare Customer Service( Experience not mandatory for freshers).

✅ Excellent spoken and written English communication for both freshers and experienced candidates

✅ Comfortable communicating with U.S. medical providers

✅ Strong organizational and follow-up skills

✅ Good computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office

✅ Professional phone etiquette and attention to detail

✅ Ability to multitask and work independently
