Job DescriptionWe are hiring candidates for BPO Voice Process / International Customer Support roles at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru.

Freshers and experienced candidates with 0–5 years of experience are welcome to apply. Candidates should have strong English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customers.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Meet process targets such as AHT, CSAT, Quality and FCR.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow process guidelines, compliance requirements and quality standards.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 0–5 years in BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process or International Voice Process.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate candidates can apply, depending on the process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts where applicable.
• Candidates should be willing to work from the office at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru.
