Payroll: Innovsource Contract

Location: Shivamogga / Davangere, Karnataka

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 years

Working Days: 6 days a week

• Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Authorized Service Centres (ASCs) for smooth service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day service operations and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
• Coordinate with authorized service partners and internal teams for effective service delivery.
• Monitor service activities and conduct regular follow-ups with service centres.
• Support customer satisfaction through timely and effective service coordination.
• Maintain strong working relationships with authorized service centres and service partners.
• Handle service-related coordination and operational follow-ups.
• Travel to upcountry locations as required for service operations.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate or Diploma holders only.
• Candidates with MBA, B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech or other engineering qualifications are not eligible.
• Undergraduate, distance-learning and part-time graduates are not eligible.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in service operations, field service, after-sales service, service-centre coordination, dealer management or customer service.
• Must be comfortable with field work and travel.
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
• Employment DetailsSelected candidates will be deployed on Innovsource contract for Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.

• Travel: Upcountry travel will be required as part of the role.
