Position: B2B & Enterprise Sales Executive

About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B & Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring enterprise customers, and promoting Tata Tele Business Services' portfolio of telecom and digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Identify and acquire Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs), Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.

Meet CXOs, IT Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, and business decision-makers to understand their requirements.


Promote and sell TTBS solutions including:

Internet Leased Line (ILL)

Broadband

SIP Trunk & PRI

Smartflo (Cloud Telephony)

Cloud Solutions

Cybersecurity Solutions

Collaboration & Communication Services

Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and acquisition targets.

Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Operations, and Service Delivery teams for seamless implementation.

Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.


Required Skills

Strong B2B sales and business development skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Prospecting and lead generation expertise.

Relationship management and consultative selling.

Customer acquisition and account management.

Target-driven mindset with strong closing skills.

CRM knowledge (Salesforce or similar platforms is preferred).

Ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
