Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and energetic Sales Executives to manage retail outlets in an assigned area. The role involves onboarding and managing retail partners, building strong customer relationships, collecting feedback, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard and manage retail outlets efficiently in the assigned area.

- Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and customers.

- Visit assigned outlets regularly and ensure smooth business operations.

- Collect customer and retailer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

- Promote products and improve sales within the assigned territory.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain regular field visits and provide updates on market activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Any degree.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Kannada fluency is mandatory.

- Must have an Android smartphone.

- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

- Candidates with sales, field sales, FMCG, retail, or business development experience are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month

- Petrol Allowance: ₹4,000 per month

- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month

- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹29,000 per month
