HR Recruiter

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities across assigned requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and recruitment reports.

• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely position closures.

• Coordinate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Handle other recruitment-related responsibilities as assigned. REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work effectively with targets, deadlines, and multiple requirements.

• Good coordination and relationship-building abilities.

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Experienced candidates can apply; prior recruitment experience is an added advantage.
