Job Description
Position: International Voice Process Executive
Location: HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Off: 2 Days
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
- Follow call handling procedures, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Maintain proper call records and update customer information.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in an international voice process/customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the HSR Layout, Sector 6 office.
