Internship Trainee

About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in the Human Resources (HR) domain. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management while working closely with the HR team.  

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is passionate about people management, eager to learn HR practices, and looking to build a long-term career in the Human Resources domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Help manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Support HR policies and compliance-related activities.
• Handle routine employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
