Job Description

Looking Forward a dynamic and experienced

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist for educational institution. The candidate must know to handle hardware, software and CCTV troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance of computers and networks in the campus.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve hardware and software problems
  • Install and configure computers and peripherals
  • Support network and internet issues
  • Help users with login and account issues
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation
  • Assist in setting up labs and classrooms
  • Ensure data security and backup

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of computers and networks
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to solve technical problems
  • Experience in IT support is a plus
