Job Description

  • Use washing machine to wash clothes. Training will be given for this.
  • Use steam iron to iron clothes on an ironing board. Training will be given for this.
  • Dry clean clothes or remove stains from clothes. Training will be given for this.
  • Inspect clothes to check for stains, loose buttons or any other defects before proceeding to wash or iron or dry clean.
  • Speak to customers in a very professional manner, wherever needed
  • Keep the workplace neat, clean and tidy
  • Be punctual to work and be presentable (neatly combed hair, trimmed nails, always wear uniform during working hours)
  • Wednesday is weekly holiday.
  • Working time: 10AM - 7PM
  • Lunch break : 2PM - 2:30PM
  • Pickup laundry and delivery laundry at customer's doorstep (only within Brigade orchards and not outside)
  • There could be a need to pickup and deliver using own vehicles. Petrol allowance will be provided based on the usage of the vehicle.
  • Accept / Acknowledge new order via Whatsapp or Software. Training will be given for this.
  • Occasionally, co-ordinate with external vendors for some tasks that will be outsourced (Ex. Shoe laundry)
