Job Description
- Sales Execution: Identify and develop new sales leads to penetrate the local market. Deliver high-impact presentations on TCI Express’s value proposition to secure new business.
- Account Retention & Growth: Manage a dedicated book of business, focusing on increasing "share of wallet" through cross-selling Surface, Express, and Cold Chain services.
- Contract & Compliance: Lead contract negotiations and renewals. Monitor account performance data to ensure both the customer and the branch are meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Branch Operations and regional teams to ensure customized logistics solutions are implemented accurately and on time.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with decision-makers, ranging from local warehouse managers to C-level executives, ensuring long-term business continuity.
- Market Intelligence: Track local competitor activity and industry trends to keep TCI Express ahead of marketplace changes.
