Nurse

We are searching for a skilled and responsible home care nurse to join our team. In this role you will spend most of your team treating patients in their homes. This means that you will need to be capable of providing high-quality healthcare services in non-hospital settings. 

As you work, you may be asked to check patients’ vital signs, monitor their progress, administer prescription medications, provide wound care, check for bed sores, and complete related tasks. You will also need to report your findings to your supervising physician and collectively determine whether adjustments need to be made to the patient’s care plan.

• To do well in this role, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with your patients. You will also need to have the ability to provide high-quality healthcare with minimal supervision.
