Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily fleet operations (vehicle movement, trip planning, dispatch)

• Coordinate with drivers for timely pickup and delivery
• Ensure proper vehicle allocation based on business requirements
• Track vehicles using GPS and ensure route optimization
• Maintain records of fuel consumption, mileage, and expenses
• Handle vehicle maintenance schedules, servicing, and repairs
• Ensure all vehicles have valid documents (RC, Insurance, Fitness, Permits)
• Monitor driver behavior, attendance, and performance
• Resolve operational issues like delays, breakdowns, and route deviations
• Coordinate with clients/customers for delivery updates
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and transport regulations

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of logistics and fleet management
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Knowledge of GPS tracking systems
