Packaging Boy / Girl

Key Roles & Responsibilities• Perform Quality Check (QC) on all outgoing electronic items — cameras, action cameras, gimbals, PS5 consoles, controllers, games, and other rental equipment — to confirm they are fully functional, complete, and undamaged before dispatch.

• Verify that all accessories, cables, batteries, chargers, cases, and manuals for each product are present as per the checklist before packing.

• Pack orders securely and neatly, following company packaging standards, to prevent damage during transit.

• Label and tag each package correctly with the order ID, customer details, and rack/bin location for easy tracking.

• The outflow/dispatch team to hand over packed orders for pickup or delivery within defined turnaround times.

• Update order status accurately in the internal system (inflow, QC status, packing status, outflow) in real time.

• Flag and report any damaged, missing, or malfunctioning items immediately to the reporting manager.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and QC workstation and storage racks.

•inflow (returns) QC when required, ensuring returned items are checked and restocked correctly.

• Meet daily targets for number of orders packed and dispatched, while maintaining quality standards.
