Qualification ITI / Diploma [E&C / E&E]

Experience 0 – 1 Year

Knowledge Basic Electronics, Component Identification & Working Principle, Soldering, Wiring, MS-Office, Hands-On Experience on MMEs viz., DSO, Function Generator, Insulation Tester etc.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layout drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).

· Hands-on experience in electrical panel and operator console assembly.

· Proficiency in mounting and wiring toggle switches, rotary switches, potentiometers, push buttons, indicator lamps, connectors, terminal blocks, and other electromechanical components.

· Skilled in wire cutting, stripping, ferruling, crimping, cable routing, cable dressing, and cable termination.

· Experience in manual soldering of potentiometers, switches, connectors, wires, and electronic components.

· Ability to identify and rectify soldering defects such as dry joints, cold joints, excess solder, and solder bridges.

· Knowledge of cable identification, wire numbering, and component labeling.

·  Familiarity with the use of hand tools such as wire strippers, crimping tools, and soldering stations.

· Ability to use measuring and testing instruments including multimeters, continuity testers, insulation testers (where applicable), and power supplies.
