Job Description
Responsibilities
Call and follow up with student leads.
Understand students' study abroad requirements.
Explain our services, scholarships, and university options.
Schedule counselling sessions with senior counsellors.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Follow up regularly to convert enquiries into admissions.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English & Kannada
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Confident, positive, and target-oriented personality.
Freshers are welcome; experienced telecallers will be preferred.
