🚨 Hiring: Relationship Manager – Home Loan & LAP
📍 Location: Bengaluru
💰 CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
🎯 Role: Relationship Manager (RM)
🏦 Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
- 📌 Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through open market and field sales.
- Sell Home Loan & LAP products to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and internal teams.
- Develop business through references, connectors, DSA, and local market sources.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.
- 👤 Candidate ProfileGraduation is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, or NBFC sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong target-oriented and field-sales approach.
- Candidates with relevant local market knowledge will be preferred.
