Job Description

The pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medicines, managing prescriptions, supporting fast order fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesReview and dispense prescriptions accurately as per doctor instructions
  • Verify medicine dosage, interactions, and contraindications
  • Handle online, walk-in, and quick-delivery medicine orders
  • Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for timely dispatch
  • Counsel customers on medicine usage, dosage, and precautions
  • Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry tracking
  • Ensure proper storage of medicines according to regulatory standards
  • Maintain billing records and pharmacy documentation
  • Support returns, substitutions, and customer queries professionally
  • Follow SOPs for quick-commerce pharmacy operations
  • RequirementsD.Pharm / B.Pharm mandatory
  • 1-3 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
  • Freshers are also welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of generic medicines and pharmacy software
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment
