About the Role

We are an authorized AIS-140 Vehicle Tracking Certificate Authority. Every commercial vehicle — trucks, buses and yellow-board cabs — must renew its tracking certificate to pass its RTO Fitness Certificate (FC) test.

You will be our exclusive on-site face at the RTO, helping drivers renew on the spot so they clear their inspection without delay. Because the renewal is mandatory, there's no cold-selling — every customer already needs exactly what you offer.

What You'll Do

• Be present at your assigned RTO / vehicle testing ground, where commercial vehicles come for their FC test.
• Approach drivers and offer a quick, free check of their AIS-140 certificate status on our app, spotting expired accounts.
• Renew expired certificates on the spot — collect digital or cash payment and instantly issue the compliance certificate from your phone or tablet.
• Build a helpful, professional rapport with RTO staff and Motor Vehicle Inspectors (MVIs) so they send failed or expired vehicles your way.
• Become the known, trusted go-to person for AIS-140 renewals at your RTO.

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent Kannada (must-have); basic Hindi/English to communicate with diverse truck and taxi drivers.
• High energy, street-smart, and comfortable working outdoors on the RTO ground all day.
• Owns an Android smartphone with a stable internet connection.
• Confident approaching drivers and handling digital/cash payments honestly.
• Reliable — shows up every morning.

• Already know the RTO world? You'll earn faster from Day 1. We especially welcome people with experience in or around Bangalore RTOs:
• Assistants to RTO agents / consultants
• Driving-school coordinators or helpers
• Document runners at travel / transport offices
• Ex-delivery or bike-taxi riders who know the local roads and language

Assigned to one of 5 Bangalore RTOs — Koramangala (KA-01), Jayanagar (KA-05), Indiranagar (KA-03), Yeshwanthpur (KA-04) or Rajajinagar (KA-02), Electronic City (KA-51). Tell us which area you live closest to so we can place you at the right branch.
