Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility is to convert high-intent inbound leads into bookings. You will work closely with leads generated through Instagram marketing and paid campaigns, guiding them through their decision-making journey and ensuring a smooth conversion experience.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer experience, and marketing insights.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead Conversion: Convert inbound leads generated from Instagram marketing and Google Ads into paying customers.
✔ Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media to resolve queries and guide them effectively.
✔ Consultative Selling: Understand customer preferences, travel goals, and concerns to recommend the most suitable travel experiences.
✔ Experience Pitching: Clearly communicate the value of BOZ trips — especially the community aspect, curated experiences, and social connections.
✔ Marketing Insights: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team to improve campaigns and lead conversion strategies.
✔ Industry Awareness: Stay updated on travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
✔ Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving company growth.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Interest in travel: Passion for travel and community experiences is a strong plus
✔ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication (Hindi & English)
✔ Sales Skills: Confident in handling calls, objection handling, and closing
✔ Customer Understanding: Ability to quickly assess needs and pitch relevant solutions
✔ Execution Speed: Comfortable handling high lead volume with quick response times
✔ Ownership Mindset: Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
