Sales Executive

About the role:

We are looking for a field- based sales professional to build and grow relationships with architects and interior design firms across Bangalore. This is a relationship- driven, visit-heavy role --the person in this position will spend majority of their week meeting architects and designers in person, presenting our products and specifications, and working to get our brand included in their projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify, visit and build ongoing relationships with architecture and interior design firms in Bangalore.
• Conduct 4-6 in person visits per day, presenting the product catalogue, samples, and technical specifications.
• Follow up by phone to schedule visits, share information, and nurture relationships between meetings.
• Work to get products specified into architects and designers project drawings with Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date log of visits, contacts, and follow ups in the sales tracker/CRM.
• Coordinate with the technical/design team to support client presentations and proposals
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and forums.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for new firm visits, repeat visits, and specifications secured.

• Number of new firms visited per week.
• Number of repeat/relationships visits per week.
• Specifications/BOQ inclusions secured per week.
• Conversation rate from specification to a confirmed order.
