Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our HVAC and refrigeration solutions, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of achieving targets, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
- Promote cold rooms, refrigeration systems, air conditioning systems, blast freezers, chillers, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Meet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project execution and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily and weekly activity reports.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (HVAC/Refrigeration experience is preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
