Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
• Understand customer printing requirements and collect complete order details.
• Prepare and share quotations with customers.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the design and production teams.
• Prepare sales invoices and maintain accurate order records.
• Update customers regarding order status, payment, and delivery.
• Maintain customer details and support repeat sales.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers, sales, design, and production teams.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Kannada and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to prepare quotations and invoices.
• Good customer handling and sales skills.
• Experience in printing, digital printing, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
