Sales Team Leader

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage a team of field sales executives selling financial products at high-footfall locations such as metro stations, malls, tech parks, and commercial hubs across Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, team handling, and daily target achievement.

Note: Kannada Regional Language With Good English Is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management:

• Recruit and onboard part-time & full-time sales executives.
• Lead a team of 15–30 field sales executives.
• Conduct daily morning briefings and evening review meetings.
• Train new team members on sales pitch, customer approach, and objection handling.
• Motivate the team to achieve daily sales targets.

Field Operations:

• Visit multiple deployment locations every day.
• Ensure proper attendance and discipline.
• Allocate manpower according to footfall.
• Resolve field issues and coordinate with management.
• Ensure branding materials and sales kits are available.

Sales & Performance

• Drive daily activation and sales targets.
• Track individual performance and productivity.
• Coach low performers to improve conversions.
• Submit daily MIS reports with:
• Attendance
• Customers Approached
• Sales/Activations
• Conversion %
• Field Challenges

Coordination

• Coordinate with HR for hiring requirements.
• Work closely with Operations and Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and reporting timelines.

Desired Candidate

• Profile2–5 years of experience in Field Sales or Team Handling.
• Experience in BFSI, Telecom, Credit Cards, Insurance, D2D Sales, Merchant Acquisition, or FMCG preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable travelling across Bangalore.
• Must own an Android smartphone.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.
