Job Description

 Proactively approach and assist customers visiting the showroom.

 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

 Build trust and rapport with customers to enhance conversion rates.

 Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

 Present products through engaging storytelling techniques.

 Explain product features, craftsmanship, heritage, and unique selling points.

 Create memorable customer experiences that strengthen brand value.

 Provide warm, courteous, and professional service at all times.

 Ensure every customer receives complete information about products and services.

 Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

 Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

 Explain all company services, schemes, offers, exchange policies, and customer benefits.

 Educate customers about after-sales services and support available.
