Site Engineer

Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities and execution.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.

Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.

Check measurements and verify quantities of materials and completed work.

Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.

Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available at site as required.

Inspect workmanship and maintain required quality standards.

Identify site issues, technical difficulties, and execution gaps and report them to the Project Manager.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely completion of assigned works.

Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, measurement records, and material records.

Ensure proper implementation of safety practices at the site.

Monitor housekeeping and ensure the site is maintained in an organised manner.

Attend client/site meetings when required and provide progress updates.

Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.

Ensure that approved drawings and revisions are properly communicated to the execution team.

Support the project team in maintaining project timelines and controlling wastage.
