Site Supervisor

KK Painters is a professionally established painting contracting company with over 30 years of experience in large-scale building painting projects. We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day painting and site activities, coordinate manpower and materials, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely and within the required timelines.

The role is primarily field-based, and the candidate should be willing to travel across Bangalore to different project sites as required.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily painting and site activities.
• Manage and coordinate painters, workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
• Ensure painting work is executed as per approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Plan and allocate daily manpower based on site requirements and work progress.
• Monitor workmanship, surface preparation, application methods, finishing, and overall quality.
• Arrange and coordinate the availability of paints, materials, tools, scaffolding, and other site requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, material consumption, and site requirements.
• Report daily progress, site issues, material requirements, and manpower requirements to the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues to prevent delays and maintain productivity.
• Ensure proper utilization and control of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety practices, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with clients, building representatives, contractors, and other stakeholders whenever required.
• Assist in planning daily and weekly work schedules to achieve project targets and deadlines.
• Travel to and supervise multiple project sites across Bangalore as required by the company.
• Candidate RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in painting projects.
• Candidates with experience in building painting, finishing, or construction contracting will be preferred.
• Good understanding of construction/painting methods, materials, surface preparation, and finishing works.
• Ability to manage and coordinate labour teams effectively.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of site measurements, material estimation, and daily work reporting.
• Should be willing to work in a field-based role and travel to different project locations across Bangalore.
• Must be able to ride a two-wheeler/motorbike and possess a valid driving licence.
• Should be physically fit and comfortable working at active construction sites.
• Should be responsible, punctual, disciplined, and capable of independently handling site activities.
