Taxation Executive

·      Assist in daily tax compliances, including TDS and GST payment workings and timely payment.

·      Assist in preparation and filing of TDS and GST returns and related compliance activities.

·      Perform TDS, GST and tax reconciliations with books, returns, challans and portal records.

·      Assist in monthly/periodic review of tax-related accounting entries and identify discrepancies or errors.

·      Support the team in internal and external tax audits, including preparation of schedules, workings and supporting documents.

·      Assist in responding to tax-related queries, notices and information requests from internal teams, auditors and tax authorities.

·      Participate in tax review meetings and coordinate with the finance/accounts team for timely closure of tax matters.

·      Assist in reviewing and monitoring IFC controls relating to taxation and ensure compliance with defined processes.

·      Maintain tax compliance trackers, working papers and supporting documentation for audit and management review.

·      Support the tax team in day-to-day tax matters, reconciliations, research and other compliance-related activities as required.
