Job Description

Asia Solutions is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and experience in handling outbound and inbound calls. The role involves generating leads, following up with prospects, explaining our services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Follow up with customers to schedule meetings or close sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

• 0–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.
• B.Com Degree or Accounts background will be highly preferrable.
• Candidates with experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer service are preferred.
