Job Description
* handle inbound and outbound calls with tamil and malayalam speaking customers.
*Explain product & service clearly and answer customer queries.
*Generates leads through telecalling and maintain regular follow up with existing and new customer.
*Handle customer objection and resolve basic complaint s professionally.
Note : non target oriented role focused on customer communication enquiries mainly tamil and malayalam.
