Job OverviewWe are looking for a Telecalling Executive to manage the ATV (Agree to Visit) process. The role involves speaking with interested buyers, coordinating with sellers, scheduling vehicle visits, and converting genuine buyer interest into confirmed meetings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall buyers who have shown interest in listed vehicles.
• Understand buyer requirements and confirm their interest.
• Coordinate with sellers regarding vehicle availability.
• Schedule and confirm buyer–seller meetings/vehicle visits.
• Follow up with buyers and sellers for pending confirmations.
• Re-engage buyers when meetings are not scheduled.
• Update meeting details, dispositions and follow-ups accurately in CRM.
• Handle basic customer objections and concerns.
• Communicate meeting location, date and time clearly.
• Achieve daily/monthly ATV and calling targets.
• Follow calling scripts, SOPs and CRM processes.
• Identify issues affecting ATV conversion and report them to the Team Leader.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Good coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume telecalling environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
