Job Description
Job Title: Placement Officer
Department: Operations
Reporting To: Manager
Direct Reports: 5–6
Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Traffic Incharges to drive truck procurement at best freight rates.
- Build and manage relationships with existing and new booking offices.
- Maintain and engage a strong supply partner base for seamless matchmaking.
- Ensure smooth operations through coordination with central teams.
- Monitor vehicle tracking and resolve POD and payment-related issues.
- Drive performance on truck placement, freight value, and margin targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
