Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting leads into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about products/services.
• Generate new leads through calling and other available sources.
• Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead data in the company system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
• Track daily calling, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
