*Key Responsibilities*

✅ Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the US market.

✅ Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication.

✅ Build strong customer relationships while maintaining a professional approach.

✅ Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.

✅ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

✅ Ensure high-quality customer interactions while adhering to process guidelines.

*Required Qualifications*

✔️ Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

✔️ Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.

✔️ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

✔️ Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

✔️ Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

✔️ Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
