Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience Research Tools and Techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and conducting user research studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to apply various research methodologies to understand user behavior and improve product experiences.
- Skilled in synthesizing research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
