Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective application designs. This role requires active participation in defining detailed requirements and crafting solutions that align with organizational goals. The position demands continuous engagement with cross-functional teams to ensure that the designed applications support and enhance business processes, while also adapting to evolving requirements and challenges. Creativity and problem-solving are integral as the Application Designer works to deliver robust and scalable application frameworks that drive operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of application components ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application design processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into scalable application solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
