As a Client Service Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth delivery of services to clients by coordinating and assigning tasks to team members. The individual continuously monitors service delivery metrics to maintain high standards and drives initiatives to enhance overall team performance and client satisfaction. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine to ensure seamless service execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize resource allocation and team productivity to meet project goals.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery expectations.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud service models and deployment architectures.
- Experience with cloud resource management and cost optimization strategies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance metrics related to cloud environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud infrastructure issues.
