What You Will Do

• Collect, validate, standardize, and maintain operational and quality data across business systems.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams to deliver data for leadership reviews.
• Develop automated dashboards and KPI reports for leadership and business reviews.
• Drive reporting and process automation using Microsoft Tools.
• Analyze trends across quality, manufacturing, supplier, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.

  

What You Will Learn:

• Practical application of data analytics in a global aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean principles and process optimization techniques.
• Development of business intelligence dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Application of AI tools to improve productivity, data analysis, and business reporting.
• Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations data.
• Cross-functional collaboration and professional communication in a technology-driven organization.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Aerospace, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline).
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization concepts.
• Exposure to Microsoft tools and/or Tableau through academic projects, internships, certifications, or professional experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to engineering and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Internship or project experience involving data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports.
• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or operations data.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, Tableau, AI, Data Analytics, or Microsoft technologies.
• Self-motivated individual with a continuous learning mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies.
