Customer Relationship/Sales/Operation Executive

1. Daily reporting to Managing Partner. 2. Prepare the Quotation and submit to client, take follow up for renewal order or develop new clients. 3. Tender Preparation, tender to be checked in GEM and other portal, maintaining of details of Tenders submitted and further follow up. 4. Catalogue Design and preparation. 5. Payment follow up and updating. 6. Service request handling and complaint register maintenance. 7. Enquiry, Quotation and sales Order creation in Tally software. 8. Order with description and quantity for production to be printed and generated. 9. Tally software entries to be done as required. 10. Social Media advertisement and we site design and maintenance to be handled. 11. Necessary Information for Social Media advertisement and website design and maintenance to be arranged Also will be responsible for coordination of the same with different agencies. 12. Communicate and track market trends to/from the field including competitor data, and support implementation of effective counter strategies. 13. BOM creation and Cost estimation of product and services to be done. 14. Immediate response to any customer requirement 15. E-portal Registrations, Invoice uploading, Sending hard copies to customers. 16. Regularly monitors ongoing tenders. 17. Maintaining internal communication with regard to Quotations, tender and customer -related activities. 18. Any other document preparation. 19. Replying to the Customer Mails and enquiries
