About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EY’s worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today, we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, the Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with service lines, Core Business Services and sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

Position Overview

Full Stack AI Developer with 3–5 years of experience building end-to-end applications across front-end, back-end, and AI technologies. Combines strong software engineering skills with experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and NVIDIA technologies. Has contributed to AI-driven solutions, Omniverse-based applications, and digital twin initiatives, helping transform business requirements into scalable and reliable products. Experienced in Agile delivery and leveraging modern development tools and foundational DevOps practices to deliver high-quality solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience working across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Exposure to AI-powered application development, including Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience working with NVIDIA technologies and familiarity with Omniverse and digital twin concepts.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and software development best practices.
• Foundational knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based application deployment.
• GitHub Copilot Certified.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end applications across front-end, back-end, cloud, and AI platforms.
• Create intuitive user experiences, scalable backend services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities, including LLMs, RAG frameworks, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Leverage NVIDIA technologies and Omniverse to support AI, digital twin, simulation, and visualisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Utilise AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.
• Support application delivery through CI/CD processes and foundational DevOps practices.
• Contribute to Agile delivery through sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
