Digital Business Operations & Performance

Customer Services Digital Team at Airbus India (IISD) is engaged in development of the digital products for our customers & internal business stakeholders (S business lines) in close Collaboration with D teams. The department is organized into development groups, deployment & support teams & Innovation team. Innovation team of digital acts transversely across the department. With growing digital operations, it's essential to manage them in a good way. The position will report to the head of digital services (IISD) and work closely with all group managers of digital services (IISDx).

Short Description of the job

To be responsible for managing the Operations of the Digital Services Team which includes Business data management, preparing & reporting of business data for decision making, management of supplier  interactions, IT needs management,  Change & transformation.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure that business data of the Digital services is well captured, reported & is available for decision making. Analyze the data and propose improvements for the future.

• Prepare reports for Monthly Business Review

• Interact with the Group Managers (Digital Services & D teams), stakeholders in SD, Finance teams to ensure timely reporting & invoicing of the business efforts.

• Support the Digital Services AOP preparation

• Work with Procurement, all managers & business leaders on the subjects of subcontracting strategy & Operations. Ensure Monitoring and Control of Supplier Performance in close collaboration with Procurement & business teams.

• Act as Digital Services focal point for all procurement needs 

• Work with all managers & IT team to fulfill IT needs to the teams 

• Lead Change topics for the Digital Services 

• Participate in the Customer Services transformation topics and ensure its implementation at Digital Services (IISD)

• Improve the process flows for business data evolutions (including AI usage)

Experience Needed: 5 to 8 years of work experience

Job Grading: E3 / E2

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics or any other branch of Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT) or computer science

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge about digital solutions / services, business operations

• Project Management, experience of working on business management tools and reporting

• Ability to use AI tools like Google workspace & Gemini

• Ability to communicate effectively across organization 

• Capable of creating a strong and trustful relationships with stakeholders 

• Good team player, have the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and include remote teams to ensure consistent ways of working

• Curious and open-minded for change and continuous improvement

• English Advanced level (written and spoken), an additional language would be an asset

• Experience of managing subcontractors will be a plus
