Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce DevOps 

Responsibilities: 

The Salesforce DevOps Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing DevOps practices for Salesforce environments. This role requires expertise in Salesforce development, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and cloud infrastructure, along with strong leadership skills to guide a team of developers and administrators. 

  Lead the design and implementation of DevOps processes for Salesforce applications. 

  Manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies. 

  Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth releases. 

  Oversee version control, branching strategies, and environment management. 

  Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization for Salesforce systems. 

  Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards. 

  Mentor and guide junior team members in DevOps best practices. 

  Drive innovation by adopting new tools and practices in Salesforce DevOps 

Mandatory skill sets: 

  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 

  4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. 

  4+ years of experience in DevOps or release management roles. 

  Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). 

  Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset). 

Preferred skill sets: 

             Proficiency in Git, branching strategies, and automated deployments. 

  Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 

  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

      4 to 8 Years
