We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Associate Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

 

Role Summary

The Junior Tester will support QA activities for BFSI applications, with exposure to Payments and Reconciliation systems. Candidates with any Fraud or Claims domain exposure will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Execute test cases for BFSI applications under guidance

Perform functional and regression testing for payment and reconciliation flows

Validate data accuracy and transaction outcomes

Log and re-test defects after fixes

Assist in test documentation and data preparation

Learn BFSI domain concepts, compliance requirements, and QA best practices

Support senior team members during test cycles

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of experience or relevant internship in BFSI testing

Basic understanding of Payments or Reconciliation processes

Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)

Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

ISTQB Foundation certification (or pursuing)

Exposure to Fraud or Claims testing

Basic SQL or technical knowledge

• Shift Timing: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Office Location: NTT DATA Services, 7th, 8th & 9th Floor, Tower E, Global Village Tech Park, RV Vidyaniketan, Mailasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560059
• Transportation: Office transport will be provided
