What you'll build

 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of managed services for SAP Private Cloud customers, ensuring service commitments, operational targets, and customer expectations are consistently achieved. Why it matters: reliable delivery helps customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding technology discussions, innovation roadmaps, and service adoption plans. Why it matters: strategic guidance enables customers to maximize the value of their SAP investments.
• Drive SLA and KPI reviews, coordinate incident and change management processes, and proactively address operational risks. Why it matters: strong governance improves system stability, performance, and business continuity.
• Orchestrate collaboration across SAP ECS, technical operations, and customer stakeholders to deliver unified outcomes. Why it matters: effective coordination creates a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  Identify improvement opportunities, execute technical action plans, and support performance optimization across customer environments. Why it matters: continuous improvement helps customers achieve measurable business and operational benefits.

 

What you bring

 

• 7+ years of experience in SAP system operations, including SAP Basis, databases, operating systems, and infrastructure management across complex enterprise landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration approaches, conversion methodologies, and SAP technology solutions.
• Experience delivering technical services, managing customer engagements, and coordinating multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and hyperscaler environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and enterprise database technologies including SAP HANA and Sybase.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage escalations, mitigate risks, solve complex technical challenges, and maintain customer confidence in high-pressure situations.
• SAP certifications in SAP Basis, SAP Technology, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP domains are preferred. Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are an advantage.
