Jr Analyst Manufacturing-India

• Review supplier inspection reports for completeness and correctness
• Verify part compliance against drawings, tolerances, and revision levels
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and prototype validation
• Identify and track CTQs (Critical to Quality features)
• Assist in supplier audits and capability assessments
• Raise and track supplier non-conformances (NCRs)
• Support root cause analysis (8D / 5-Why) for quality issues
• Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation in central system
• Coordinate with incoming QA and assembly teams for fitment issues
• Follow up with suppliers for corrective actions and report submission
• Key KPI include  -  Accuracy and completeness of report review, Timely closure of supplier NCRs, FAI approval without major issues, Reduction in incoming rejection / assembly issues.

Education & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in mechanical engineering or related major.
• Experience in Quality / Manufacturing (freshers with strong fundamentals can be considered)
• Exposure to machine tools / fabrication / machining preferred
• Good command of English, oral and written included.
• Information Technology skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PPT, SAP), Industrial automation information technology software (PLC , HMI, Automatic and monitoring configuration software, AutoCAD, )
• Good communication skills
