Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving model architectures and datasets to improve the accuracy and contextual relevance of the models. The workday includes iterative experimentation, evaluation of model outputs, and collaboration with various teams to align the models with project goals and user needs, ensuring that the models perform optimally in targeted applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of model fine-tuning strategies to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into production environments.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, AWS Sql MLOps Concepts.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Expertise in fine-tuning and adapting language models to specific domains and use cases.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services to support scalable model training and deployment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive model improvements.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools to streamline machine learning operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
