Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Python AI professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Python-based AI capabilities to transform business processes, with emphasis on collaboration across business and technical teams, staying current with industry advances, and guiding strategic technology adoption to drive organizational growth.

Software Requirements

Required Skills

• In-depth understanding of various technologies and software systems

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

• Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of projects

• Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions

• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption

Day-to-Day Activities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI project scope and success metrics

• Lead development, training, and deployment of Python-based AI solutions

• Evaluate new AI tools and techniques and recommend improvements

• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and architectural guidelines

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Certifications: AI/ML or cloud AI certifications are advantageous

• Training: Ongoing professional development in AI technologies and best practices

• Equivalency: Relevant hands-on experience may be considered in place of formal degrees
